The process to book was easy. I didn't realize, however, that I wouldn't know the location until after booking. Somehow I didn't read that until after the booking. Convenient. Worth the price to get in a little sight-seeing before catching a flight. Inconveniences...incense odor in the Subway, plus the location was very warm. Those issues would stop me from eating at this location, but not from storing my luggage again if back in NYC. Love the idea! Oh, the merchant asked me to pay, as I was not in his book. I just showed him my paid reservation, and all was ok. He did make a copy of the reservation for his records. He was very apologetic for this...no big deal, since the copy of the reservation made everything ok.

This Service is very helpful. We were visiting NYC , took a flight from Manchester, NH and landed early morning , needed a place to keep our luggage as we couldnt checkin to any hotel or AirBnb so early. Thanks for providing a wonderful service. Appreciate It!.
