Whether you are looking for short-term locker rentals alternatives, daily space or even hourly storage space, Vertoe gives you instant storage options anywhere, anytime. With rates starting at $2.95 per day with an insurance policy of $5000, you can secure your items affordably with peace of mind. Vertoe's unique and digitally coded tamper proof seals makes it a safer and convenient alternative to any conventional locker storage. All our partner locations are manually vetted, verified and trained to handle your items safely.
Vertoe locations are local businesses such as hotels, restaurants, retail shops, any local business that have extra space to store your items in a safe, convenient and affordable way. Each location is verified and trained by our team before being listed. If you are interested in being a Vertoe Partner Location, you can apply at https://vertoe.com/partners.
Booking with us at Vertoe is super quick and easy. To make a booking, visit vertoe.com, input your address in the search bar, select your check in/check out date and time to see all nearby locations that fit your needs. Once you select a location, just put in your card information to complete the booking through our secure payment system powered by Stripe.

Please note that for security and insurance reasons, you need to book online, so we can hold your spot. Any booking that is not made online is not a Vertoe booking and is not eligible for our services including the $5,000 insurance.
Minimum prices vary per country. We charge by the item and calendar day. Our rates start at $2.95/day/item . We also offer insurance coverage for up to $5,000.
Locations are manually verified for safety and trained by our team before being listed on the site. Upon arrival, we give you uniquely coded tamper proof seals for your bags (provided free). To give you that extra peace of mind, we have a $5000 insurance policy per bag available.
You can store whatever you like as long as it's nothing illegal, dangerous, or alive. The location partner has the right of refusal if they believe that there is risk in your item.

Please note that our partners at Vertoe Locations have the authority to check your baggage in case he/she suspects you of carrying any illegal items. In some cases, the partner may ask you to show the items in your bag and if they are not satisfied, they may completely refuse you service. We will fully refund your booking fee in such cases.
There is no size limit as our locations use their own storage spaces rather than fixed size lockers. Our locations do reserve the right to request that if an item weighs more than 75 lbs or 35 kgs will be charged as two items, or may reject to store it.
As long as you want! You can store your bags from a few hours to weeks or months.
Yes, you can! You can either book again for the additional time or contact us at support@vertoe.com and we can adjust the booking for you. Any additional charges will go to the original card used for purchase.

In the event that you can not pick up your item(s) within the booked time frame. We will have to charge the original card used for the time that the items have been in storage. We will also hold your items for up to one month before disposing of them as per our terms and conditions. We will make attempts to contact you before this happens.
You can add guests to your booking by clicking on "Add Guests to Booking" after you complete your booking. If you have already made your booking please sign in to the website and visit "My Bookings" and then select the "Add Guests to Booking" option. This will generate a new confirmation with both names on it. Please make sure both people have the confirmation and that the person dropping off the bag shares the image of the tamper proof seal with the person picking up the bag.
We understand that there can be some changes at the last minute. You can edit your booking up until an hour before drop off by logging into your account and clicking on My Bookings. If you need assistance or it's closer to your dropoff time, feel free to write to us at support@vertoe.com and we will take care of you. Note - some changes may result in partial refunds or extra charge on your card as your final booking amount may change.
You will be able to cancel on your booking through our dashboard or you can reach out to customer care anytime before their check in date.Please log in to your account at vertoe.com and go to bookings to cancel the booking or reach out to support@vertoe.com and we will cancel it for you.

You will get a full refund for any booking canceled before the check in date. For any booking cancellation requests on or after the check in date, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Once your check-in date starts, our location partners are holding space for you, so you can no longer cancel the booking as it has prevented others from booking the location. However, on a case by case basis, we may be able to give you credits for future bookings. Please write to us at support@vertoe.com and we will try our best to accomodate you.
You can simply and easily earn money by referring customers who are looking for safe hourly, daily or weekly storage with instant accessibility. Once your referred customer completes their booking process on Vertoe, you will receive a commission!
