You will be able to cancel on your booking through our dashboard or you can reach out to customer care anytime before their check in date.Please log in to your account at vertoe.com and go to bookings to cancel the booking or reach out to
support@vertoe.com and we will cancel it for you.
You will get a full refund for any booking canceled before the check in date. For any booking cancellation requests on or after the check in date, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Once your check-in date starts, our location partners are holding space for you, so you can no longer cancel the booking as it has prevented others from booking the location. However, on a case by case basis, we may be able to give you credits for future bookings. Please write to us at
support@vertoe.com and we will try our best to accomodate you.
