Location was nice and easy drop-off and pick-up. I left 2 bags there. At pick up one of the bags did not have the tamper proof lock, but nothing was missing from the bag. Convenient not to walk around the city with the luggage!

What a great idea this was! We couldn’t check into our airbnb until 4. Arrived at 9. Dropped luggage at Cumberland Transit in Nashville and had a beautiful day exploring Centennial Park and Hillsboro Village. Helpful, courteous, welcoming staff. Highly recommend.

It was very easy to drop off my bag at a large gift shop a few blocks from Penn Station and then pick it up before catching my train to Newark airport. Very efficient process.

I was really pleased with my first experience with Vertoe. Being able to drop by bags in a touristy area to spend the remainder of my last day in Seattle without lugging them around was *great*. The staff at the business I picked were friendly, check-in and out were timely, and my bags disappeared into the backroom before I'd left. Will happily book again when the need arises!
