Had read a few negative reviews was skeptical but the whole experience was good. Was in New York for a few meetings before heading to JFK and hence needed to store my bag near Grand Central. Booked online. Arrived and Showed the booking to the person at the store. Tamper tie given to seal the bag with unique id. Bags taken in and kept out of customers way. Came back in the evening showed a pic of the tie and collected bags. Quite simple. Would def recommend. No Id was checked. In all a good experience.

Was easy and convinient. Was a tiny bit skeptical when I saw a random vendor instead of Vertoe and no logo anywhere. The guy didn't speak English, but was relieved to see an email print out with your logo. Just a suggestion: would help if your partners would have your logo (no matter the size) either inside or outside the premises, especially in places where language may be a barrier. Other than that, pretty straightforward. I could enjoy an extra day in Paris luggage free!
