Very handy service. People where helpful. One thing to be critical of thought, the web site lets you choose drop off time slots. We chose the 6-8 am option as sre plane landed at 6:30. The shop didn't open till 8:00 am. We had a short wait. Overall. I recomend them thanks

The days when I stayed in Atlanta were quite hot, so it was really great for me that I could have a place to store my suitcase during my tour. The place was really close to the city center and easy to find. The staff (maybe owner?) was very friendly and helpful.

The app is very useful, It helped me on my first day in NYC. The places are well located, runs 24hrs, super-fast, SAFE and very cheap. I recommend the app and this location.

The drop off location was a convenience store. The luggage was placed out of the way in the back, but was not in a separate /secure room. It was placed behind a corner from the main store front. The store clerks were courteous and professional. Overall, I would probably use the service again but I would either have my valuables locked in my luggage, or take them out of the luggage and keep them on my person.

Leaving our bags there was a life saver during our day in NY! It was our first time using this service, but we loved it! We booked it from the taxi as we were driving to Manhattan, from the airport. The bags were safe, and were able to enjoy the day with no worries, and no heavy bags. It was very easy!
