It was great we went in the shop with our suitcases and they were really nice. It was great because of that we had the last day of our NYC trip without any luggage. I would to this again!

Vertoe is an online service that allows you to book online with their Vertoe partners to drop off your luggage. This includes massage chairs! As a massage therapist, dragging around my chair to and from events almost daily can be exhausting. Lucky for me, I have the option to drop off my massage chair at various locations in New York. I no longer have to lug my chair back to New Jersey just to have lug it back to another event in New York, especially when the event is being held at a nearby location. It is also very affordable, actually very cheap, as I usually pay $11.90 for an overnight stay. I have dropped my chair off at about six Vertoe locations and my experience has been very positive at each location. I have recommend some of my massage therapist buddies to drop off their chairs at any of these fine locations as it is a godsend for me!

Ridiculously easy. Was skeptical bc I was leaving my bags @ a shoe repair in the front of the store BUT it was GREAT! Bags untouched and EXACTLY where we left them! Will definitely use this service again!!

Handy as a small pot- the central drop off options & sealing process align to a secure feeling all round.

Convenient, cheap, and safe. Very happy with my experience, and very happy I didn't have to schlep my backpack around midtown for eight hours.

The service provided was a lifesaver, and I'm thankful. I think it's a great concept. The small inconvenience had to do with the fact that the end service provider was a fast food chain, and the guy who accepted my bag was a bit curt and seemed annoyed at my having dragged my luggage in there. I certainly felt a bit odd dragging my luggage into a fast food place. Maybe parking providers, shipping companies such as Greyhound/FedEx/etc., or budget hotels would be more suitable partners. The employee who returned my bag was very kind, though. Just a couple glitches to work on.
