I received the security tags and my bags were stored in a locked storage room. There are some periods where your bag isn't accessible but they are clear about when those times are when you arrive. If you are ok dropping or picking up your luggage in the morning or after 6 PM you shouldn't have any problem. I would use this service again from this location.

Our luggage of 4 cases was presented to the premises on 8th Ave, New York across from the Port Authority. Vertoe blue tags were put on baggage and we took photos of tag numbers. Although our baggage was not stored in a secure room, but at the rear of the shop, there appeared to always be staff around the area where the luggage was placed.

It’a a lude saver. We had a flight at 8pm and had arrived at the AirPort at 9:30am. We left the luggage at the place and were able to explore the city . They were there in the morning and in the evening when we Went to p/u. Really great service. Thank you!
