I rarely write reviews, but this time I need to: when I arrived to the deli in which I was supposed to leave my bag a very unfriendly lady told me that my bag was to big and that I would have to pay 10$ additional cash to her. Then she told me that the day after, when I was supposed to get my luggage, they would be closed. Finally, one day later I got a mail by Vertoe informing me that this deli did not exist anymore and that they would offer me an alternative (for the previous day). Keep away from this company, it‘s just scam!

It was a terrible experience. Don’t waste your time like I did. Walked to the place only to be told “Who do that? What they charge? I’ll do it for less.” Really?! I have a shoulder injury I’m recovering from and having to carry my bag all over may well have set the healing process back. Thanks for nothing but stress. I contact the company, they said they’d get back to me...they did only to ask for a review! I’ll take it up with my bank for the refund, since I doubt this company will even reply back to me. Beware! Make other arrangements, this seriously impacted my trip.

It was easy to make the reservation online. Once there, the security was a bit lax in that no one asked for I.D. or put a lock on my luggage. When i picked up my bag, it was no problem because no.one else had left any bags...

Worked well. It was nice to be able to leave my bag while in Manhattan for the day. Remember each bag is a separate charge, but overall a good experience.

All was good, I left my luggage there for 3 days, and it was în the same place I left it. The only thing that seems weird to me îs that they are giving luggages back based on a photo, or just by telling them which one is yours. I would ask for an ID if I was in their place

I made a reservation that I did not use due to a scheduling conflict. Thus far, I have not been able to make contact with the service provider to find out if an alternate date can be selected since the service was prepaid on Sept. 20th. Highly recommended. I left two bags for two days and I had no problem, even when I left my electronic devices. It is a very cheap option to leave your luggage there. They are very close to PENN station and the subway. You can walk without problem. They were very kind. The guy who attended the place gave me instructions to get to the airport. I had to go to JKF so I just walked a little and took the subway that took me directly to the airport. Very easy.
