I’ll admit, I was initially skeptical however this was the perfect solution for the early checkout we had and a late flight departure. With Vertoe we were able to leave our bag safely and take advantage of a lovely day before our departure. Highly recommend.

This is an AMAZING service. My boyfriend and I had to check out of our hotel in NYC by 11am, but wanted to spend more time exploring the city. Vertoe allowed us to continue exploring for a few more hours without our heavy backpacks! It was super easy to book and locate the facility. We will definitely use again!

It was a real disaster. We didn’t risk to leave our luggage there although we had already paid. There were no secure measures. It was very messy. Anyone could get in and take our luggage without any problem. Not recomendable at all.

It was great. I landed in NYC and had to make it from LGA down to FiDi for an interview and didn't have time to check into my hotel to drop off my luggage. Vertoe had a location right around the corner from where I was interviewing, I walked in and provided them with my ID and snapped a picture of the tag and was on my way to my interview. To pick it up I just had to show my picture of the tag and was on my way. The whole process went super quickly and I appreciated it as nerves are always high before an interview :-)

Easy to book and leave the lugguage but a bit strange way of working. We had to take a picture of the Vertoe tag which was attached to the bag and further nothing at all. Easy, fast absolutely but not 100% reliable, with more bags of different people anyone can take a picture like this. As it is the first time I used Vertoe I don't know if this way of working is common sense or just the way of working in this particular drop point. Should be safer with some handover receipt as well according to me. The service as such is great.
