Everything went very smoothly. I left my luggage at the shop and got a coupon that confirms that I left my luggage there which I needed to give the store owner back. I will definitely go there again!

Excellent service! Totally worth the price to be able to run around NYC without bags for even a few hours. Good locations to choose from. Only complaint is that they don't tell you if the place is actually open or not (can be an issue if it's earlier in the morning) and often the types of gift shops that are partnered with dont have regular business hours. Otherwise it was awesome!

Just perfect! Near the Port Authority Station (3-5 minutes walk) in a Gift Shop. The guys there were very friendly. I would definetly recommend this and put my luggage there again :-).

Worked great! Convenient!... just 2 blocks down from the bus terminal. The freedom of no bags let us spend all morning in Manhattan before going to our hotel in the Bronx.

We used Vertoe after we found out that there are no longer any lockers at the bus terminals. After using it twice, both vendors were extremely accommodating and so so so nice. I will definitely be using these services again during my next visit to the city.

All went smoothly, even though it took a minute for them to confirm my reservation when dropping off (it apparently had not come through, but I was able to show them my email confirming). I wish they were open later, but it was still reassuring to be able to drop off my bag so I didn't need to keep track of it while I went out to eat and to my concert at Madison Square Garden. My pickup went smoothly too, and was easily able to make my train on time. Great service--first time I used it.

I admit, I was doubtful about leaving my luggage at a souvenier shop just off Times Square, but it worked out very well! The shop owner was very helpful and friendly, and we were able to drop off and pick up the bags quickly and easily. The location is very convenient to Times Square and the Port Authority bus terminal, so if you're taking a bus out of town, it's easy to pick up your bags and walk the couple blocks to the terminal. The only issue I had was with the address - I was given a street address to take my bags to, and it turns out the actual location was next door to that address. Caused a bit of confusion when I first went there. Look for a 'Vertoe' sticker over the front door to find the right place.

We were reluctant at first as it's just a gift shop, but it all worked out fine at the end. We put big plastic cable ties onto the zips of our bags just in case. We were not required to buy any locks. The bags were stored behind the counter in the back, on the ground floor. It's not accessible by random customers. All bags were returned to us intact. It saved us from carrying all that throughout the city. Wish Vertoe had locations like this in other cities.

I was really apprehensive about leaving my luggage anywhere in the city! I found this service online and my bag was safe and all contents were intact when I picked it up! :) I made my reservation an hour before dropping my bag off and it was very convenient and very easy to do! Store employees were also very nice! Would definitely recommend this service!!

Was traveling up to the area for a wedding on a greyhound and had a few hours to kill in the city before my train to Connecticut. Very short walk from Port Authority. Almost missed the sign in the window but the staff was very friendly and overall super simple system. It was such a convenience that I decided to use them again a few days later on my way out of town.

Cheap. Easy. Convenient. And safe. Best decision I made on my trip to NYC. Flew into La Guardia and stayed in Secaucus. Vertoe saved me the time and money i would have wasted driving all the way to my hotel to drop off my luggage before starting my adventures in the Big Apple. Well worth it. :)

Great service. It is a block away from the bus terminal. It took a minute for me to drop off my carry on bag. The man gave me a Vertoe tag number which I had to bring back to pick up my bag. I would recommend this service to someone who is spending a day in New York and does not want to lug around an empty suitcase. Also, I was also able to pack my empty luggage with the things I bought in NYC in the Vertoe location. Thanks Vertoe!!

Amazing. Quick and efficient service. Safely secured my bag under lock and key. You can't beat the location, it is right in the middle of penn station and port authority. I was running late for my bus, but their in and out pickup service was impeccable, I was able to make up the time difference. Highly recommend. Would use again next time I'm in the city.

I had five hours to kill in New York before catching a coach to Boston, but I was saddled with an enormous suitcase. There was nowhere to stow it at the coach station, and Penn train station was another subway stop away (and therefore an extra heave up and down the stairs). Managed to find this place almost opposite the coach station, which cost less than the left luggage store at Penn station. Very pleased.

We had to check out at noon and our flight was until midnight. We found this place to leave our luggage, it was very well located and easy to book. We booked it online and went to drop off our luggage a couple hours later. At the beginning we were a little skeptical as we hadn't done this before, however they were very professional and the price was good. We will definitively use Vertoe again in the future if necessary, that would be great if they expand to more cities at some point.

I was a big skeptic of leaving my bag at storage places until I found Vertoe. I had not heard of this type of luggage storage service until my recent day trip to NYC. Finding this location online through google and going through the website made me relaxed and less worried. I was pleased that my belongings were safe and in-tact at the end of the day. I will definitely rely on Vertoe again for my future trips to NYC.

I made a booking for 2 days to store a bag (my flight got delayed to the following day). First it was a bit strange entering the shop because it felt like a regular gift shop. But they do have abundant storage space, and when I checked out, my bag was in the same condition as I had left it :) So it was very convenient for me and I could simply roam around. So all in all a good experience. I will be happy to use this service again when I visit NYC.
