I was looking for a place to stash my luggage for a few hours while I was at the Met. Had to pay first to see that the location was 7 blocks away and walk there/back would eat up much of my time. Could not use.

Dropped my bag off at the shop and got it back fine, the guy was nice, but was not given a coded seal/tag as advertised or receipt or anything. The guy just put my bag under the desk in the front of the shop not secured at all. Would not have left anything valuable at this location.

Absolute lifesaver when our family went to the American Museum of Natural History, thinking we could check our bags at the coat check and were instead turned away. This was just a 15-minute cab ride away, and saved the day! The owner was very nice and had everything ready for us so that drop off and pick up was quick and easy. Highly recommend; worth every penny.

This service saved our last afternoon in NYC! Our luggage was safely stowed away at J Ping Custom Tailor shop in the time between our Airbnb check-out and the later afternoon time we had to leave for the airport - so we could enjoy a little more time in the city without worrying about our bags. The shop owner was friendly, and he received and returned our bags quickly. So easy!

Vertoe is a great idea in the age of home stay travel. We used J Ping to free ourselves of luggage on our last day in New York. Had a nice lunch and spent a couple of hours at the Met. J Ping was convenient and easy to use. We had friendly exchanges both dropping and picking up.

My sisters and I left our luggage at the East 77th Street location, J. Ping Custom Tailor, Inc. The shop is small, but Mr. Ping knows how to stash luggage so that it is out of the way of customers. Mr. Ping is a very nice man, and even advised us of where we could catch a taxi to the airport. He is very trustworthy and you should have no qualms about leaving your luggage at this location.

We were worried our first day in New York City might be wasted. We arrived in the city at 7:00 AM our airbnb was not available intil 3:00 PM. We had 4 bags, two large and heavy. We couldn't very well shop or sight see dragging them with us. When we did a search online and learned of Vertoe we were elated.
