Leaving our bags there was a life saver during our day in NY! It was our first time using this service, but we loved it! We booked it from the taxi as we were driving to Manhattan, from the airport. The bags were safe, and were able to enjoy the day with no worries, and no heavy bags. It was very easy!

On first appearance the Vertoe photo of the grocery store was a little concerning, but the other reviews were reassuring. The store owner was extremely kind and friendly. Would recommend this service and this location to anyone!

Very helpful and friendly people. We came in on a hot summer day to leave our luggage for a couple of hours. On another day we would have probably walked into North Williamsburg from there, but since it was so hot the shop owner helped us out and called a car and even gave us each a bottle of water on the way. Thank you very much.
