Booked to drop luggage off in Bangkok. The location was unattended/closed? I waited around for 30 min before leaving (with luggage). Contacted Vertoe. Was told I would be issued a refund that may take up to 10 days. After 15 days, no refund. I had to reach out yet again to get my money back. In total, I waited around 20 days. Only after I contacted them again did they said they would send through the refund. Needless to say, I won't bother trying to use this service again.

The place that I booked for storage was closed, but the booking still went through. So I paid a cap and arranged my trip according to being able to leave my luggage but when I arrived the place was closed and I had to use another (more reliable) service to be able to store my luggage. I contacted the company regarding this issue 3 days ago but have still not heard back from them, except for this link to a review (ironically). I would not recommend this app to anyone I will for sure never use it again.
