    Voyagin: This travel company allows dropping your bags at their office. The cost of single baggage starts from ￥500 to ￥15000 for 30 days. Their office address is:

    Sagawa Service Center: They have multiple storage centers with dedicated space to store your bags. Opening hours and pricing of each center is different and baggage size is restricted to 200 cms and should fall under 30 kgs. The address of all centers is mentioned below:

    Luggage Storage near Transit Spots

    Haneda Airport: JAL services are available at Haneda Airport to store all kind of baggage. The storage charges start from ￥300 to ￥800 depending on the size of the baggage. The locations of JAL services at the airport are as follows:

    • Arrival Floor 2F
    • Departure Floor 3F

    Narita Airport: Baggage storage counter is available at both terminals at Narita Airport. Operating hours are between 7 am to 9 pm and the cost range is between￥300 to￥800 where normal size baggage costs ￥500. The location of baggage storage at the airport is:

    • 2 counters on Arrival level, First Floor
    • 2 counters on the Departure level, Fourth Floor

    Similarly, coin-operated lockers are also available at the airport. At a cost of ￥300, they allow storage for not more than 3 days. The location of these lockers is:

    • Terminal 1, 4th Floor
    • Terminal 2, Main Building

    Tokyo Station: JR Easy travel service centers offer multiple luggage storage services inside Tokyo Station. For same day storage, they charge 600￥per piece to pick up till 8:30 pm. For leaving bags for less than a week, the cost is 420￥ per night for six days. Beyond that, the cost increases to 840￥. Business hours starts at 7:30 am to 8:30 pm.

    JR also provides coin locker facilities, at Tokyo Station. Fee starts from ￥400 to ￥600 per day depending upon the size of the bag. But the storage duration is only up to 3 days.

    Shinjuku Station: Operated by various companies, luggage storage lockers are available throughout Shinjuku Station. They range from 100￥to 800￥ depending on the size of the locker. The lockers can be used either by paying cash or using Suica or Pasmo stored-value transit card.

    If you are staying in Hotels or Air BnBs, you can always ask to drop off their bags at their front desk for a few hours. Most hotels do allow baggage storage in their back or front offices for a few hours.     We understand that there can be some changes at the last minute. Feel free to write to us at support@vertoe.com and we will take care of you. Note – some changes may result in partial refunds or extra charge on your card as your final booking amount may change.

    What are the acceptable items for storage?

    You can store most items as long as they are safe and legal. They must also be accepted by the partner at our verified Vertoe Location.

    Please note that our partners at Vertoe Locations have the authority to check your baggage in case he/she suspects you of carrying any illegal items. In some cases, the partner may ask you to show the items in your bag and if they are not satisfied, they may completely refuse you service. We will fully refund your booking fee in such cases.

    Can I send someone else to pick or drop my belongings?

    We understand that such situations may arise but we also want to ensure safety and security of stored items. In such cases, please send us a note at support@vertoe.com and also, to the email address of the Vertoe Partner (mentioned in your booking confirmation page) giving written permission to your authorized representative to pick up or drop off your items. Please make sure to share the email address and valid photo ID number of your representative, so our location staff can cross-check upon arrival.

    What is the maximum duration for storing my items?

    How do I cancel my reservations?
